Orlando Pirates head into their clash against Kaizer Chiefs at FNB Stadium knowing their Betway Premiership title dream is on the line.
The Buccaneers have been scoring freely while Amakhosi have five wins and a draw in six games.
SOWETO DERBY: ORLANDO PIRATES VS KAIZER CHIEFS
Brandon Petersen has been solid for Chiefs this season, while Sipho Chaine has also delivered consistent performances for Pirates. Both goalkeepers have played a big role in each team’s high league positions.
Roger De Sa believes there is very little to separate the two teams going into this one, even if many are leaning towards Pirates.

“Chiefs are on a hot form and so is Pirates, so it’s gonna be a tough one,” the former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper told KickOff.
“Personally I would like Pirates to take it to keep the interest up in the PSL. I hope they pull it off as it will be good for the game to have the race going on until the end of the season.
KAIZER CHIEFS HAVE ENOUGH TO UPSET PIRATES
De Sa also feels Chiefs should not be written off, especially considering their recent performances.
“But with the run they’ve had Chiefs I think they can turn a corner a bit, they may have drawn in their last game, but I think they have enough to upset Pirates in the derby.
“In this one a lot of people are backing Pirates to win, and not a dull draw that we sort of expecting. I don’t see a lot of goals to be honest even though Pirates have been scoring a lot of goals, it’s gonna be decided by the two keepers yes, but I think Pirates got the edge on this one. It’s gonna be one-nil I think, It’s gonna be decided by an odd goal.

“It will be nice to see a cracker like 3-2 but those come once or twice in a lifetime. It’s nice to see that both teams are on form which is something that doesn’t happen.”
