WEATHER: Fine and cool conditions expected in some provinces

Most parts of the country can expect fine and cool weather, with morning fog affecting some areas, particularly in the east.

KWAZULU-NATAL

KwaZulu-Natal will see patches of morning fog in the east before conditions clear in the afternoon.

The province will remain partly cloudy and cool, while the north-east will be warmer.

Along the coast, light to moderate north-westerly winds will blow until late morning before turning northerly to north-easterly and becoming fresh in the far north.

DURBAN

Durban will experience fine weather, with temperatures ranging from 14°C to 23°C.

Light north-westerly winds will blow until late morning before shifting to light to moderate northerly to north-easterly winds, becoming south-westerly in the evening.

The Free State will experience fine and cold to cool weather, while partly cloudy conditions are expected in the south.

Bloemfontein will experience fine weather, with temperatures ranging from 2°C to 19°C.

Fine and cool weather is expected across the North West Province.

MAHIKENG

Mahikeng will experience fine weather, with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 24°C.
