I really have to wonder about the mindset of Liberal voters and the mainstream media. We have a legend-in-his-own-mind prime minister who flits around the globe, glad-handing anyone who will talk to him, while spending millions of our dollars on travel. The press make a huge deal out of the memoranda of understanding that are being signed. They don’t explain that an MOU is simply a commitment to talk, at some undetermined later date, about maybe coming to an agreement on the subject of the MOU.
